Mums decorating woes fixed

For Christmas my two daughters have asked for their bedrooms to be re-decorated. I can’t argue as it’s been the same since daughter number one was born and she’s now nearly six. The problem I have is daughter number two is only 18 months old and we plan for her to move in with her sister in the New Year. How then, do we make the transition from cot to big girl’s bed and into a bedroom to share with older sister when both have different styles? I am a fan of interior design and lean towards the side of classic designs. I want nice wooden toys brightly coloured as opposed to those gaudy plastic things. I am not interested in duvets and curtains from some whimsical children’s programme. I want traditional designs. You can therefore imagine my delight when a friend suggested delving into characters of the past. It was then that I came across Flower Fairy Cushions and Beatrix Potter Cushions. The designs are wonderful. A mix suitable for children and adults. The daughters will love them as they are colourful and have the characters on they so much adore. I am happy as they have been intricately woven and look like art pieces which will last for years. They’d even look good in my bedroom! I am delighted to have found Flower Fairy Cushions for the eldest daughter and Beatrix Potter Cushions for the youngest. Their new bedroom can now well and truly be divided by their age group whilst still looking fit for two princesses.
